The Senior Estate Concierge Membership Application 

The Senior Estate Concierge's Mission is to help bridge the gaps in the senior services industry and provide highly professional, trusted, caring, and connected referral resources and solutions for seniors and families dealing with life changes and challenges. 

Application Fees and Process:

 Agreement and Payments: 

Full Membership Application:
$200 non-refundable application fee plus $50 per month (Auto debit or ACH) or $550 annually
I understand if I am not accepted the $200 will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Affiliate Membership Application:
$200 non-refundable application fee plus $40 per month (Auto debit or ACH) or $450 annually.
I understand if I am not accepted the $200 will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Non-Profit  Membership Application:
$100 non-refundable application
