The All Chapter Meeting April Speaker is Deborah Young.
Deborah Young is the founder and owner of Greater Works Wellness, a thriving concierge mobile phlebotomy company. As a Certified Phlebotomist and Certified Phlebotomy Instructor with a degree in Science and Technology and 20 years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing, Deborah has worked in diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, donor centers, reference laboratories, and outpatient facilities. Her extensive background in emergency rooms, ICUs, and inpatient and outpatient care has shaped her into a seasoned healthcare professional with a deep understanding of patient-centered service.
After moving from Philadelphia to Houston Deborah began recognizing a growing need for convenient, accessible diagnostic testing, especially after COVID-19. Greater Works Wellness was then launched to bridge the gap for individuals and providers seeking high-quality specimen collection without the inconvenience of clinic visits. Greater Works Wellness specializes in concierge blood draws, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, DNA testing, and drug screenings—serving clients in the comfort of their homes, workplaces, or care facilities. Over the years, Greater Works Wellness has had the privilege of partnering with respected organizations such as Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Oncology, Symphony Clinical Research, LabRad Diagnostics, Natera, Clementia Pharmaceuticals, Greater Works Ministries, and Real Nurturing Family Practice, providing mobile diagnostic services tailored to meet the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.
